Hi Max....bet you don't remember me....1983ish....Valley Heart, Burbank! Some 30 odd years ago...My very first real estate listing...bet you didn't know that...I was sworn to show you I was the best real estate agent ever....what an adventure...think of you often the the Wild Rose....how are you? I am still in Burbank and finally retired...but will never forget you.

Just met Dan Carlin (in Florida keys). Pleased to get update from him on some of your musical activities. I used to listen to sessions without knowing you were in the band (like Terry Gibbs Dream band; finally met you when I was working as a jazz dj in Monterey, drove up to Berkeley for the L.A.
